These terms cover use of this website. Work carried out for a client is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement issued by Helena Kopec.

Content on this site is provided for general information about the services offered. It is not advice on which you should rely for your own organisation's decisions, and it does not create a client relationship.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not generate a binding quote. Any fee, scope, timescale and deliverables are confirmed in a written proposal, which you are free to decline.
Scope of services
Services are operational leadership, governance support, risk visibility, compliance coordination, operational reviews, systems improvement and implementation support. They do not include regulated legal, financial, accountancy, HR, safeguarding or data-protection advice, and no guarantee of compliance is given.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, liability arising from use of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for client work is set out in the relevant client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
